Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quota on a high-velocity SMB cycle
  • •Outbound prospecting to build and qualify a robust pipeline of early-stage SMB clients
  • •Manage deals end-to-end: handle pricing, objections, negotiations, and finalizing agreements
  • •Maintain clean, accurate CRM records of interactions, deals, and progress (Salesforce, Terret)
  • •Understand customer needs and translate insights back to the Carta team to improve offerings and customer outcomes

Key Requirements

  • •Must have proven ability to hit quota with high-velocity sales and close 20–25 deals per month
