Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships by understanding goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and sourcing referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military service in an administration/contracting/civil affairs role.
•Bachelor’s degree with 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
