Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and deliver BIM models and drawing packages for the team’s scope, including complex gravity and pressure networks, corridors, surfaces, and cross sections.
  • •Apply NOC data standardisation and base plan standardisation; maintain base plan and title block requirements at each milestone stage and ensure required geometry/attributes in models.
  • •Export models to proprietary project formats and maintain the single source of truth for 2D drawing extraction.
  • •Perform drawing checks including cut sheets, bind drawings, discipline model checklist, 3D check, drawing checklist, CAD standard compliance, 2D check, and final drawing sanity check.
  • •Coordinate clash resolution, contribute to quantity take-off when required, and mentor technicians while supporting delivery planning with realistic input.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in civil engineering or draughtsmanship, or a degree in a related discipline.
  • •6+ years of infrastructure modelling and drafting in an engineering consultancy.
  • •Proven Civil 3D production work on live infrastructure projects (not training exercises).
  • •Civil 3D to an advanced level for pipe and pressure networks, corridors, surfaces, shortcuts, styles, and sheet sets.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks for clash review; Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 for file management and package sharing.
