Key Responsibilities

•Lead India HR operations across compliance, payroll, benefits, audits, and employee lifecycle processes for reliable, scalable execution.
•Build and run compliant processes for labor law requirements, statutory documentation, filings coordination, and operational readiness.
•Oversee payroll inputs and benefits administration with vendor partnerships to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a strong employee experience.
•Strengthen audit readiness and controls through documentation, process governance, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
•Create and improve SOPs, process maps, trackers, calendars, and ownership models; identify gaps and lead improvements to reduce manual work and mitigate risk.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in India HR operations or people operations, ideally in an HR shared services environment.
•Hands-on experience with labor compliance, payroll coordination, audits, and benefits administration.
•Proven ability to build or tighten HR processes in a scaling environment while keeping operations simple and structured.
•Strong ownership, attention to detail, and judgment for sensitive employee and compliance matters.
•Effective vendor and stakeholder management across cross-functional partners.
