Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with customers to obtain technical details for configuration and translate compliance requirements into technical specifications.
  • •Configure Enablon software per design specifications and verify results through end-to-end testing and documentation of quantitative testing.
  • •Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between systems and develop test scripts to support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • •Demonstrate software functionality to customers and deliver training, technical documentation, and training materials for customers and project teams.
  • •Troubleshoot configuration issues during deployment, analyze complex datasets, manage stakeholder relationships, and support project timelines and deliverables.

  • •Experience directing and supporting remote and global teams, including mentoring and training staff.
