Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret maintenance specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
  • •Assemble, install, maintain, and repair electrical production/factory equipment.
  • •Fabricate parts and equipment using maintenance tools and machine tools with close tolerances.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical failures (e.g., hydraulic/pneumatic systems, alignments, drive systems, pumps, conveyors, furnaces) and perform repairs/rebuilds per specifications.
  • •Inspect and maintain maintenance tools/equipment, check equipment upon completion of work, and maintain required company records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.48 - 38.87 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or an approved Apprenticeship program certificate in a Maintenance/Mechanic specialty, or 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of industrial mechanic trade experience.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Horseheads, NY will be considered (Active Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •Must provide your own hand tools and lockable toolbox.
