Job Summary

Partner with TikTok Ops leadership across the US and LATAM to drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting. Support financial planning for key functions, perform financial performance and value-added analysis, and generate performance improvement proposals. •Conduct financial performance and value-added analysis for regional Ops and US vertical teams, generating improvement proposals for implementation.
•Optimize finance practices, policies, programs, procedures, and personnel activities; partner cross-functionally to support business decision-making.

•Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
•Strong soft skills including communication, logical reasoning, and critical thinking.
