Manage a portfolio of Export Finance clients and syndicated loan transactions as part of the Loan Agency Client Services team. Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of Export Finance loan transactions, ensuring high-quality client service and relationship management.
•Liaise with Export Credit Agencies in their capacity as agent under policy or insured facilities and coordinate with lenders, counsel, and borrowers.
•Collaborate with internal teams from mandate to onboarding, execution, closing and funding, proactively flagging operational issues before closing.
•Oversee end-to-end deal lifecycle from mandate to repayment/maturity, manage amendments, waivers and consents, and explore repricing opportunities on refinances and amendments.
•Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify retention and new business opportunities, coordinating with Product teams in Corporate and Institutional Banking.
