•Lead, support, and develop a team of 5 project managers and field management resources.
•Oversee projects from design and engineering through fabrication and installation, ensuring engineering and structural requirements are met.
•Review construction drawings and engineering calculations, manage submittals, and ensure timely approvals and release to fabrication.
•Coordinate change orders and maintain accurate job documentation and files.
•Monitor timelines, costs, and revenue projections; identify risks and drive schedule recovery with continuous improvement.
