Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate fulfillment operations across warehouse departments, including Caja systems, pick stations, and packing areas. Manage workflow distribution and pack wave execution using HighJump WMS and Pyramid WCS while monitoring OPT report and open workload to meet SLA requirements. Lead and develop fulfillment teams, ensure quality and accuracy metrics are achieved, and support shortage, safety, and training programs for peak and non-peak seasons.

•Manage workflow distribution and pack wave execution using HighJump WMS and Pyramid WCS, ensuring SLA-compliant processing.
•Monitor OPT report and assess open workload to support staffing needs, including calling out overtime when necessary.
•Maintain departmental performance across service, cost, quality, and accuracy metrics for all channels of business.
•Lead shortage, safety, and training program execution and mentor key staff to support leadership development.
