Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) across multiple high-end renovation projects.
  • •Interpret and apply standard-to-sophisticated real estate documents (agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, charters, surveys, and drawings).
  • •Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, cost/budget, cash flow, delivery resources, schedules, milestones, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and manage project delivery resources, including running RFPs, bid analysis, and recommending resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication, documentation governance, progress tracking, and change management (assess impacts and issue change orders).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Proven track record managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • •Prior experience working with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
  • •Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • •Demonstrate judgment using analysis of multiple sources of information with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
