Job Summary

Technical Account Manager (TAM) to provide hands-on technical services for Datadog’s largest customers, advising on technical support, product adoption, and IT Operations optimization across post-sales and renewals. You will collaborate with product management, engineering, and services teams to drive customer success, prepare for business reviews, and advocate for customers’ goals and use cases while enabling scale and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers in line with pre-sales, post-sales and renewal processes
•Analyze customer IT Operations environments on a regular basis and provide recommendations to maximize Datadog’s value
•Be the customer’s advocate by understanding goals and use cases, then suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration and additional features to meet requirements
•Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
•Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering and technical services teams to identify new features and products

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,000 - 147,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT Operations experience
•Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
•Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, or PHP
•Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
•Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes or Rancher)
