Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and monitor infrastructure construction and renovation projects across Hermès sites with emphasis on CVC, air handling and HVAC systems
  • •Coordinate multi-site works, ensuring alignment between production, facilities, and external engineering offices
  • •Oversee procurement and contractor selections; participate in defining technical specifications and tender processes
  • •Track project budgets, risks and contingencies; manage timelines and ensure smooth handovers to operations
  • •Lead or participate in decarbonation initiatives for textile infrastructure and ensure compliance with group rules
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in engineering or related field
  • •Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
  • •Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with 3D tools such as Revit or SolidWorks and MS Project a plus
  • •Strong budgeting and cost-management capabilities across multiple projects
  • •Ability to coordinate with production teams and external design offices, and fluent in French
