Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver innovative product test solutions consisting of hardware, software, and test content to achieve cost and quality requirements of the product.
  • •Complete post-silicon characterization, product definition and performance optimization and enable internal validation team and external customers through the delivery of prototype samples.
  • •Optimize the overall product cost structure to maximize AMD profitability, including yield, test hardware costs, and test costs.
  • •Collaborate with hardware design engineers and other development teams to establish specifications for infrastructure required to support production test and debug.
  • •Participate in cross-discipline design process with Product, Design, and Hardware Infrastructure teams to develop optimized integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • •Experience with design for test (DFT) features and silicon bring-up.
  • •Unix and Windows proficiency.
  • •Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • •Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver test solutions.
