Key Responsibilities

•Develop a portfolio of professional clients through proactive outreach and acquisition.
•Fidéliser et accompagner nos clients en proposant des solutions adaptées en prévoyance, santé, dépendance et retraite.
•Créer et développer un réseau de partenaires et prescripteurs pour augmenter le flux de clientèle.
•Proposer des conseils et des solutions sur mesure en utilisant des outils spécifiques (OAV).
•Sécuriser et développer les opérations de vente en respectant les process Allianz et les objectifs commerciaux.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years experience in Protection Sociale
•Strong ability to sell comprehensive protection solutions (prévoyance, santé, dépendance, retraite)
•Proven experience developing and managing a professional client portfolio
•Ability to travel to client sites for consultations and meetings
•Customer-focused selling approach with needs-based and proactive advisory style
