  • •Lead and develop a broad team of electrical engineers, designers and delivery managers, providing leadership, guidance and direction to achieve client, project and technical outcomes.
  • •Oversee the team’s future work pipeline, client relationships, delivery KPIs, and commercial outcomes while balancing competing priorities.
  • •Shape and strengthen team culture around purpose, capability, excellence, collaboration, diversity and teamwork to deliver innovative, client-focused outcomes.
  • •Develop, mentor and attract talent, focusing on retention and recruitment and ensuring accountability and strong commercial performance.
  • •Collaborate with NZ T&D leadership and global peers to leverage global expertise with local experience in energy infrastructure projects.
