Job Summary

Build and own full-stack features for a workflow editor and related services that power TikTok’s AIGC effects pipelines. Design graph-based UI (React/TypeScript or similar) and backend systems (Go or equivalent) for workflow execution, scheduling, and state management. Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate model pipelines into reusable workflow nodes with versioning and observability, and create tooling for debugging, evaluation, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end development of key features in the workflow editor and related services, from discovery through implementation, rollout, and maintenance.
•Build rich graph-based UI and backend services that orchestrate workflow execution, scheduling, and state management.
•Integrate models and pipelines (LLMs, diffusion, vision models) into reusable workflow nodes with contracts, versioning, and observability.
•Develop internal tooling for debugging and operating workflows, including run history, logs/metrics, replay, tracing, and editor safety/guardrails.
•Improve reliability, performance, and usability via instrumentation, alerting, on-call participation, and post-mortems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) with 5+ years building production software systems end-to-end.
•At least 2 years working on AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products, platforms, or tools.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals including data structures & algorithms, system design, testing, and code quality.
•Backend experience in Go or another typed language, including designing and operating APIs/services and building reliable distributed systems with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
•Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and React (or similar) to build complex interactive UIs integrated with backend APIs.
