Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the Engineer of Record role on small to mid-sized projects.
  • •Design and analyze multi-faceted projects including coverage and capacity design, microwave/RF LMR, RF system and BDA design, and WAN/IP networking; apply Motorola ASTRO knowledge.
  • •Conduct customer/consultant interactions to support design reviews, system staging and acceptance testing, coverage acceptance testing, live upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • •Own technical solutions and lead problem solving and project timelines while demonstrating professionalism in written and oral communication.
  • •Collaborate with project management, engineering teams, technicians, and the customer to ensure successful project execution and engage specialists when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline with 3+ years of engineering or technical experience, or 5+ years of engineering or technical experience.
