Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating staff on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Maintain daily production by checking production orders to ensure customer fulfillment, accurate shipments, record keeping, and inventory rotation/coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before startup of production.
  • •Verify machinery performance and that workstations have passed USDA inspection; promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Oversee processing operations, coordinate with other supervisors on problem-solving, provide continuous quality education, and handle other duties as needed.
