Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies, procedures, and systems aligned with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100).
  • •Monitor and manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory to ensure accuracy and availability for production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • •Lead cycle counting and physical inventory programs; investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Ensure lot traceability, serialization, and documentation compliance; support and coordinate internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
  • •Implement and manage ERP/MRP systems for real-time inventory visibility; optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes and analyze key inventory metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5–10+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or defense.
  • •Strong inventory control knowledge and experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • •Experience with aerospace quality and traceability standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and compliance requirements.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production or warehouse setting.
