Key Responsibilities

•Maintain smooth operation of voice and data networks; plan, evaluate, coordinate, and perform installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data/voice networks.
•Develop technical expertise in interconnection and interfacing of network hardware/software (switches, routers, firewalls, authentication servers, encryptors).
•Work with network management software platforms and documentations; develop diagrams and operational instructions as needed.
•Provide regular monitoring and network analysis for short- and long-range planning; ensure network uptime and redundancy.
•Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance and support and be available outside normal business hours as needed.

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually
