Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide electrical controls and PLC programming support for manufacturing equipment, process improvements, and new product commercialization efforts.
  • •Lead and support PLC-based troubleshooting for complex production, quality, and downtime issues in collaboration with Maintenance and Controls resources.
  • •Design, modify, and optimize control systems including PLC logic, HMIs, sensors, drives, and automation hardware.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs during installations, upgrades, and commissioning to ensure controls meet process and safety requirements.
  • •Own production trials, analyze quality/output/waste data, drive corrective actions, and work with customers to resolve and prevent quality issues.

Key Requirements
