Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain LLM-powered GenAI applications including RAG, enterprise search and agentic workflows with tool use and orchestration
•Design and implement AI-augmented development workflows using agentic coding tools and LLM-based code generation; establish best practices for reviewing and validating AI-generated output
•Build and manage AI-first data pipelines on Azure and Databricks, including unstructured data processing, embedding and vector indexing
•Continuously evaluate and optimize AI solutions across accuracy, groundedness and latency; convert user feedback into improvement cycles
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI and analytics solutions

Key Requirements

•3+ years in data science or a related field with hands-on experience deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
•Practical experience with Azure (incl. Azure AI Foundry), Databricks and PySpark
•Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases and prompt engineering
•Proficiency in Python and experience with structured and unstructured data
•Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
