Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Accounts Payable and Disbursement teams for the Americas by setting performance and productivity standards aligned with the GBS framework.
  • •Implement and enforce process standardization within Global Disbursement, serving as the decision-maker for disbursements process transformation and policy enhancement.
  • •Monitor and report SLA/KPI performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives for timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Act as a safeguard for existing and develop enhanced financial controls as needed, ensuring policy compliance.
  • •Build talent through team management, coaching, mentoring, and skills evaluation and enhancement initiatives in partnership with HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive finance roles within Accounts Payable or Disbursement functions.
  • •Experience leading teams, preferably within Shared Services/Global Business Services.
  • •US GAAP/IFRS knowledge plus experience with reporting and internal control frameworks (SOX).
  • •Strategic knowledge of working capital, analysis, and forecasting; strong understanding of regulations and compliance.
  • •Significant SAP (ECC or S4/HANA) experience, plus PowerBI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
