Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement U.S. project delivery processes, procedures, and governance and collaborate with the U.S. Director of Project Governance & Execution.
  • •Lead project delivery leadership: develop training, build/lead a delivery team, review PM/director performance, monitor KPIs, and help groups adopt project protocols and migrate project data.
  • •Own commercial management: lead/support contract review and compliance, terms negotiation (risk allocation, liability/indemnity, damages, payment terms), and manage commercial risks and recovery/contingency planning.
  • •Champion quality management: define QA/QC expectations, embed checks/reviews in plans and workflows, reinforce technical assurance, align deliverables with client acceptance criteria, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Lead cross-lifecycle project governance activities including readiness reviews, project performance reviews, corrective action/recovery plans, change order discipline, Work at Risk governance, claims/dispute support, and continuous improvement via lessons learned and client feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years leading project delivery or operations, with recent project management experience preferred.
