Lead Certification Engineer

Own the product certification process for McIntosh across the portfolio, managing compliance strategy, testing, and documentation from concept through production release. Lead regulatory certification activities covering safety, EMC/EMI, RF, environmental, and energy efficiency requirements, while coordinating with design, quality, manufacturing, and external certification bodies and test labs. Maintain certification records and databases, support audits and change control, and mentor teams on regulatory best practices and emerging standards.
