Lead the strategy, governance and delivery of a highly automated, industrialized Center of Services for a major public sector account. Drive SAFe-based delivery, ensure contractual commitments and financial health, and guide cross-functional teams to mature the delivery model while maintaining client satisfaction and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the overall program strategy
•Structure the organization and governance of the Service Center and animate steering committees
•Ensure alignment between business, IT and contractual issues and monitor executive dashboards
•Guarantee delivery performance, capacity, quality, predictability and production readiness
•Develop relationships with client directions, identify growth opportunities and contribute to technical and commercial responses

Key Requirements

•Engineer degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university
•Significant experience in Programme Direction, Service Center governance or management of large IT projects in an ESN environment
•Experience delivering complex engagements in fixed-price or SAFe-enabled Service Center context
•Strong knowledge of AGILE/SAFe delivery models and value-based governance
•Strong leadership and ability to federate multiple stakeholders across Architecture, Development, Business Analysis, Tests, DevOps, Scrum Masters and Product Owners
