Design licensed merchandise graphics for apparel, home décor, and lifestyle categories, translating IP assets and brand guidelines into market-ready visuals. Key Responsibilities

•Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for licensed merchandise across apparel, home décor, and lifestyle product categories.
•Work from IP asset packages, style guides, and brand bibles to develop designs that are both on-brand and commercially relevant.
•Adapt and reformat licensed artwork for different product applications, ensuring compliance with licensor approval requirements.
•Prepare print-ready artwork files that meet technical specifications for manufacturing and retail.
•Produce creative assets to support product launches across digital channels including paid media, on-site banners, email templates, and landing page graphics.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of professional graphic design and/or commercial illustration experience, ideally in-house within a licensing, merchandising, or consumer products environment.
•Demonstrable familiarity with licensed IP — experience working from licensor style guides, brand bibles, or approval-based workflows is a strong advantage.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility across print-based product applications — apparel graphics, surface patterns, or lifestyle product design preferred.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop essential; InDesign a plus).
•Good understanding of print production requirements and file preparation for manufacturing.
