•Provide superior customer support on Barracuda networking and security products through email, phone, and chat.
•Interface with customers at a high volume to troubleshoot issues using various applications including WAF/NG and email/backup.
•Develop your skills in network and security products through ongoing training and documentation of bugs/issues.
•Document, escalate and follow through with product bugs and issues; raise tickets when unresolved.
•Debug issues and provide solutions, escalating to the next level as needed.

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in network firewall domain, web application and load balancing technologies, or exchange/email security and web filter domain.
