Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day fulfilment operations for the Thailand office.
  • •Coordinate collection of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery from suppliers and prepare items for shipment.
  • •Create inter hub and last mile shipments on the Nivoda platform and mark orders as received.
  • •Follow shipment processes end-to-end: track carriers, handle shipment delays, and coordinate customs clearance.
  • •Process returns and support customer support teams with shipping queries and urgent delivery requests.

  • •Logistics experience or familiarity with Brinks, FedEx, UPS, and shipment tracking systems.
