Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop applications for TikTok’s monetization capital business, including advertising billing, fund account management, fund marketing, fund settlement, and budget control.
  • •Resolve platform stability challenges such as high concurrency, system scalability, and disaster recovery.
  • •Continuously optimize systems to evolve with business needs and support business development.
  • •Collaborate with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart CRM and transaction platform.
  • •Enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through intelligent marketing tools and secure customer fund transaction flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
  • •Strong coding and documentation style.
  • •Familiar with components such as MySQL, Redis, Flink, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and RPC.
  • •Hands-on software development experience, particularly with Java, and ability to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027.
