Recruiting Coordinator (Starbase)

Schedule candidate phone and onsite interviews and coordinate the onsite interview day experience. Support the recruiting team with tasks such as greeting and touring candidates, assisting with administrative work throughout the hiring process, and helping identify top talent through recruiting events or sourcing. You’ll also learn SpaceX’s business enough to speak confidently with candidates and client groups, ensuring a positive, smooth experience throughout the process.
