Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct daily workflow by analyzing reports and inputs from cross-functional teams to establish WIP priorities.
  • •Align and set priorities for shared and factory resources to maximize efficiency and material flow for on-time customer shipment.
  • •Work with SCM planners to analyze parts/material information and establish dates to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • •Communicate with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing to coordinate scheduling needs.
  • •Track the Repairs SIOP file and forecast and use Kinaxis to respond to exceptions or revenue risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain
  • •Excellent knowledge of SAP and manufacturing planning (MRP/ERP, lean manufacturing)
  • •Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • •Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities with measurable impact
