Job Summary

Support day-to-day digital asset management for a global B2B marketing production team. Help organize and maintain creative and video asset libraries in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Wistia, and Monday.com—uploading, tagging, structuring, and improving taxonomy for scalable DAM operations. Coordinate with designers, marketers, and production stakeholders to keep assets findable and up to date, document DAM best practices, and resolve duplicates or missing assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day management of the digital asset library in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including uploading, tagging, organizing, and maintaining assets.
•Manage and maintain the video asset library in Wistia, including metadata, organization, and access management.
•Help improve asset taxonomy, naming conventions, and folder structures to keep DAM systems clean and scalable.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure assets are findable and up to date.
•Document DAM best practices, identify outdated/duplicate/missing assets, and resolve issues with the team; assist with ad hoc operational tasks.
