Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineers, research scientists, TPMs, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that change how associates work and how customers interact.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, and evals.
  • •Leverage open-source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch) to build and scale AI systems.
  • •Invent LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput for production AI systems, including context generation trade-offs.
  • •Implement automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and RCA for agentic applications, and coach/evangelize by mentoring engineers and authoring technical designs and blogs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • •At least 6 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies.
  • •At least 8 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •10+ years of experience deploying scalable, responsible solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •4+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex AI systems in production.
