Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and provide a great customer experience.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure the vehicle maintains safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles, with occasional exposure to extreme weather.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Candidates must obtain a Notary in their local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana) and meet state-specific licensing requirements where applicable.
