Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for safe, efficient, high-quality production.
  • •Drive NPI activities including manufacturing process development, production line layouts, tooling requirements, labor models, and ramp plans.
  • •Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and manufacturing documentation to ensure repeatable production.
  • •Conduct time studies, capacity studies, line balancing, and production modeling to identify bottlenecks and ensure manufacturing readiness.
  • •Analyze OEE, cycle times, and performance metrics to improve throughput; lead Lean-based process improvement and troubleshoot/implement corrective actions while mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on time studies experience using MOST, MODAPTS, PMTS, or traditional industrial engineering methods.
