Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct the APS Masterbatch manufacturing sites across Europe for safety, environmental stewardship, cost efficiency, and compliance.
  • •Set and drive staffing, succession, and development plans for site organizations through site managers.
  • •Own and manage annual operations and capital budgets, including Capital Investments across the region.
  • •Direct operational execution through site managers to achieve GoalZERO HSE performance and Service Target Levels.
  • •Develop KPIs, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities using benchmark references.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or science degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Minimum 20 years of relevant industry experience.
  • •Experience managing manufacturing processes, preferably plastic compounding.

  • •Very good English communication (verbal and written) and ability to work in international, multicultural environments.
