  • •Build and enhance the global corporate cash investment program, including strategies, policies, systems/operations, and performance/risk metrics.
  • •Monitor and synthesize trends in global financial markets and macroeconomic developments.
  • •Manage relationships with financial partners such as asset managers, custodians, and service providers.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to unlock and manage global interest income opportunities.
  • •Support the Capital Markets team by identifying capital markets system needs and coordinating complex projects, including roadmap execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of experience in Capital Markets or Corporate Treasury (at least 5 years post-bachelors).
  • •7 years each in investments/global cash management, interest rate risk management, and interest income opportunities.
  • •Experience with fixed income, interest rate derivatives, FX, hedging strategies, and analyzing macroeconomic trends.
  • •Experience creating financial forecasts and models.
  • •2 years of experience with Bloomberg Terminal; also experience in financial markets/FX/fixed income in G10 or emerging markets and running deadline-oriented deals/projects.
