Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution for Vanta’s presence at RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, and AWS re:Invent, including sponsorship logistics, exhibit planning, booth coordination, and on-site execution.
  • •Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as speaking submissions, digital placements, lead retrieval, co-marketing, and event activations.
  • •Maintain detailed planning calendars, project trackers, and status updates across multiple overlapping events.
  • •Identify dependencies and flag execution risks early so the team can triage issues and keep programs on track.
  • •Partner with Design, PMM, Project Management, Revenue, and Field Marketing to coordinate activations and support pre- and post-event follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or conference production, supporting large-scale third-party conferences and in-house flagship events.
  • •Hands-on experience working with third-party event infrastructure (conference organizers, agencies, vendors), including sponsorship deliverables and exhibit logistics.
  • •Cybersecurity or cloud conference experience, especially with RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, or AWS re:Invent.
