Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain project estimates, cost plans, and budgets throughout design and construction.
  • •Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders and contractor pricing.
  • •Monitor cost performance, commitments, contingencies, and forecasted expenditures.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost validation, and construction cost control activities, including reviewing contractor applications for payment and final accounts.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding updates; support commercial negotiations and procurement and contracting activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Cost Management, or related construction discipline.
  • •5-7+ years of experience in construction cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or related roles.
  • •Experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects, with mission-critical (e.g., data center/industrial/advanced technology) experience highly desirable.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating, cost planning, change management, procurement strategies, and value engineering.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred, along with excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
