Translate revenue strategy into executable operating plans, aligning Sales, Marketing, Training, and central RevOps across the customer lifecycle. Design and automate Training workflows for efficiency, and build reporting and dashboards to track lifecycle health and drive improvements in conversion from contract signed to customer graduation.
