Job Summary

Lead regional execution for a subscription-like Forecasted Part Management (FPM) spares product across Asia, ensuring alignment with global standards while meeting regional customer and operational needs. Manage and develop the FPM Program Management team, partner with FSO and account leadership for growth and value realization, drive escalation management, and execute system, policy, and product improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships and manage expectations within defined FPM scope and entitlements.
•Lead and develop the FPM Program Management team in Asia to ensure consistent product delivery, capability growth, and performance management.
•Partner with FSO and account leadership to align on account strategies, support FPM adoption and revenue opportunities, and drive escalation management across teams.
•Execute FPM improvements across system, policy, and product in collaboration with FPM Product Line Managers and Spares SBU Management.
•Ensure regional execution remains focused on FPM priorities and avoids scope creep and diversion into non-FPM activities.

Travel: Medium travel

•Proven experience leading regional or global teams, including people management and capability development.
•Strong understanding of the Asia customer landscape and operational environment.
•Demonstrated ability in customer communication and escalation management at multiple levels.
•Experience in spares, service operations, or product/program management.
•Ability to balance regional flexibility with global standardization and enterprise objectives.
