Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Plan and control production performance against operating targets based on machine and manpower capabilities.
  • •Address mechanical, operational, and technical downtime issues within the department.
  • •Train, motivate, and mentor employees, including on-the-job training and coaching for new and existing hires.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a supervisory role with background in blown film or other extrusion/printing production and production floor supervision.
  • •Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
  • •Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods and tools.
  • •Experience with troubleshooting processes such as 5 Why or 8D (plus).
  • •Ability to work any shift as needed and handle multiple tasks in a changing environment with strong problem-solving skills.
