Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
  • •Architect and scale a SaaS platform across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
  • •Drive automation, reliability, and performance best practices across the R&D organization.
  • •Own production-grade systems by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure availability and scalability.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support fast, reliable delivery pipelines and deployment processes.

  • •6+ years of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • •Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (or other orchestrators).
