Key Responsibilities

•Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
•Ensure machine performance by performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair.
•Operate and adjust equipment throughout the shift, including retrieving and installing/changing film and verifying settings before running cycles.
•Maintain cleanliness by ensuring equipment and sealing plates are clean and properly assembled, and keeping the work area organized.
•Monitor equipment operation and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly while following all safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.

Key Requirements
