Key Responsibilities

•Sustain safe shift operations by monitoring the production plan and ensuring zero LT.
•Post shift production and dispatch details in SAP, manage manpower requirements, and meet quality/quantity targets.
•Write shift production reports, mark attendance, and ensure product losses are controlled.
•Coordinate quality and maintenance: work with the Shift Chemist on non-conformances, check weighing scales, and ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping.
•Deliver EHS and production process trainings, ensure work permits for technical work, and drive continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc/B.E in Chemical Engineering with preferably 1 year of experience.
•Good manufacturing literacy.
•Knowledge of instrumentation and DCS/SLC operation.
•Labor handling experience.
•Knowledge of GMP/HACCP procedures and safety/environment practices.

Education:Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering
