Job Summary

Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy for Fortinet solutions to Telco and MSSP customers. Collaborate with customers to design and implement security solution offerings, including proposals, demos, and presentations. Help shape solutions by understanding customer requirements and challenges, preparing RFP/RFI/POC materials, and delivering product training. Support tenders and proofs of concept while partnering with teams on network and security design.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Work with customers to create new services/solutions for Telco/MSSP business using Fortinet products.
•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy, including security solution design and implementation proposals.
•Run presales solution activities such as proposal preparation, demos, and presentations.
•Prepare tender and proposal materials, including RFPs, RFIs, and POC demos, and provide product training as part of pre-sales.
•Translate customer requirements and environment challenges into solution approaches throughout technical engagement.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience working in Telco and MSSP space.
•Currently or previously worked in a pre-sales engineer role, owning end-to-end technical aspects of deals through technical closure.
•Strong experience designing and building networks using Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and Firewalls.
•High aptitude for security technologies such as NGFW, Application Delivery, SASE, WAF, ZTNA, and EDR/XDR.
•Knowledge of NOC/SOC solutions (e.g., SIEM, SOAR) and/or MNO solutions (e.g., CGN, SecGW, WAAP, GTP-FW), plus lab setup and POC experience.
