Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute PD work from early development through CS sign-off, covering prototypes, line presentation samples, and brand activation samples.
  • •Support special techniques such as printing, laser, emboss, and other special product executions.
  • •Liaise with cross-functional teams and factories to follow up leather/material/components/hardware and ensure correct, quality-compliant materials.
  • •Partner with engineering to enforce quality standards by checking samples and addressing potential risks early, including testing/trials setup.
  • •Update required reports by deadlines in EC-Vision, manage allocation/monthly transfer lists, and lead handover meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of product development experience in handbags, wallets, or accessories (branded experience preferred).
  • •Or top-talent fresh graduate students are welcome.
  • •Good knowledge of bag or fashion accessories making process and familiarity with fabric and leather.
  • •Good communication, negotiation, cooperation, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Good computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and proficiency in English.
