Job Summary

Own the technical side of the customer lifecycle for Metronome, from discovery and tailored demos through POCs, technical scoping, and post-sales handover. Build a clear value story and help prospects evaluate Metronome’s usage-based billing in a modern monetization stack. Over time, run structured Proofs of Concept, land deals across startups to enterprise SaaS, design integrations, and influence pricing and packaging for customer success.

•Develop a clear value story for how Metronome solves challenges and creates opportunities in a modern monetization stack.
•Assist in planning, building, and running customized Metronome demos for buyers across multiple personas.
•Use discovery to understand prospect challenges and run Proofs of Concept with clearly defined success criteria.
•Handle detailed technical scoping to ensure customers are set up for success post-sales.
•Design Metronome integrations into prospect systems and act as a pricing/packaging consultant to influence customer direction.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in technical and/or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products, such as engineering, solutions, or technical account management/consulting.
•Strong communication skills with technical, go-to-market, and finance stakeholders.
